The aim of Agave is to bring Omaha a unique Latin American dining experience which embodies the impact of all these cultures on an already rich and vibrant cuisine, from authentic Mexican fare to fun and different cuisine prepared by other gringos. Our menu will begin small so we can concentrate on providing every patron a great experience while we perfect our recipes, but we will continue to add to it frequently, as the dishes of modern Latin America are endless.
